Our company handles mainly special alloy metals, such as magnetic steel and processes for these materials. Magnetic steel is not familiar to the public, but, these are used in close with some applications, such as magnetic head of record media, core of motor, etc. These becomes small-sized parts recently which mean the consumption volume per order is to be small.
These magnetic steel is generally sold at large volume per order as tonnage and it would be difficult for small lot users to obtain small quantity. We are wholesale and in a position to supply them at very small lot. Of course, we are in a position to process and sell some of the final products.

We can offer small lot of hard obtainable magnetic steel (pure iron, permalloy, inver etc.) by request. Especially, we have many inquiries for free cutting inver and super inver because there is only few dealers for such material.

The details of handling items
Free cutting pure iron
It is easy to process without any detraction of magnetic characteristic. It is used for iron core of relay, pole piece, electromagnetic clutch yoke, etc.
Free Cutting 3% Silicon steel
It was very hard to process in the past. But, nowadays it is improved with free cutting silicon steel. As its specific resistance is high, it is used for iron core of alternating current relay, relay for alternating current, solenoid valve, etc.

Parmalloy
It is an alloy of nickel & iron and exceptionally high magnetic permeability. MENPC-1 has strong alternating current characteristic which is used for high quality communication trans-core, shield、tape recorder head, pulse transformer, etc. MENPB has high saturation magnetic flux density which is used for small-sized trans-core, motor core, iron core of relay, magnetic shield, etc.
